You have 10 calendar days to return an item .
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must not damaged with water except for some product like Pulsator, Non electronic components and other plastic products.
The product not be tampered
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Most of item we send have Guarantee hologram. Item lacking that sticker or tampered sticker will not be applicable for guarantee / return or replace.
The product can be return or refund till the refund date. The return and refund will be expires on the 12:00am of that day.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Bank Account or by mobile wallet / UPI (or original method of payment) .
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item especially for Compressor . Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

I have received a damaged product can i get full refund of it ?
Yes, Spare Part Store provide quality shipping but in some case there is mishandeling by the courier company if customer is not satisfied by the product or don’t want replacement then he/she is eligible for Full Refund
I had use product for some time now I want to buy new machine can i return the product in guarantee period and get refund ?
No, The return and replacement is only acceptable for 10 days from day you receive. After that only guarantee of product is applicable
I want an open Delivery of Order Can i do that ?
Our courier provider did not provide open delivery . So open delivery is not available if customer is not satisfied by the product he can easily return with in 10 days of receiving it.
I am planning to buy new appliance but i am not sure, can I order the spare part and cancel delivery on time of delivery if i not need it ?

Cash on delivery option Not showing at my checkout page , What to do ?
We are currently Providing COD to more then 18,000+ Pincode Across India. If your Pincode is not applicable for COD you can buy on the PrePaid basis . Your order will be send via Indian Post/ other courier.
Is free Pickup Available on the Product under Guarantee/Warranty period ?
Shipping Cost of product had to be bear by the customer during the Guarantee Period.
My motor Damaged due to water enter in it within 10 days of receiving it can i return it ?
It is advice to all customer that always change Bellow/ OTG / Rubber seal along with the motor change if motor is damaged due to water enter in it . No guarantee will be provided if motor is damaged due to water enter in it while operating.

I had Placed order and want to cancel it in between the transit can I do that ?
Yes you can cancel order in between transit but the cancellation charges for it is all the charges which are charged by courier company and gateway company.
My mechanic first told that problem is part now, so i order the part now he said the part is alright so can i get full refund in that ?
No , We will deduct cancellation charges (i.e. shipping cost of both end and gateway charges) in that case, Will advice all of you to take help of trained technician and wrong diagnosed by mechanic will be not our responsibility.
